Do you love creating tasty creations? This session will outline what it takes to begin and prepare for a career in one of Conestoga’s Culinary Arts programs. Session participants will be provided information about our Culinary, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Professional Cheese Making opportunities. Our Culinary Arts programs feature practical, theoretical, and hands-on training. Students will gain the fundamental knowledge and techniques of quality preparation, an understanding of the complexity of leading the workings within these kitchens, and an appreciation of the work that goes into creating quality products. Conestoga is proud to deliver the hands-on training for these programs in our new state-of-the-art training facilities.
